On a 40 Acre Island in the midst of Jaisamand Lake (Asia’s Largest Man Made Lake). The lake was built in 1597 By Late His Highness Maharana Jai Singh of Mewar.
Resort is located 44 kms from Udaipur by Private Toll Road. The resort is 210 Kms from Ahmedabad International Airport and 70 Kms from Udaipur Domestic Airport. The boat ride from the Resort parking (on the dam of Jaisamand Lake) to the resort is 4 kms. The resort has a fleet of 7 boats for in-house guests and visitors.
Udaipur has daily Rail connections to Jaipur, capital of the State of Rajasthan, located in the north of the country.
The current Train schedule is:
- Delhi – Jaipur – Udaipur
- Ahmedabad – Udaipur
- Mumbai – Falna or Abu Road
- Jaipur is a drive of 375 kms from Resort on NH 8 till Udaipur and then the Udaipur – Baswara Road till Jaisamand.
- Ahmedabad is a drive of 210 Kms from the Resort on NH 8 towards Udaipur, Right Turn has to be taken from Parsad (45 Kms before Udaipur).
